Curriculum

Graduate Diploma in HRM
Sasin's Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is a seven month, part-time, program completely taught in English. It provides a solid theoretical understanding of human resource and personnel issues while developing the student’s practical skills. The intensive teaching curriculum operates on five-week "modules". The program consists of four modules and the Management Residential Program. HRM participants take two-to-three courses each module to meet the total program requirement of eleven courses (27-credit hours).

Master of Science (MS.c.) in HRM
The intensive teaching curriculum operates on a series of eight five-week modules, a Management residential program and a one-week Live-In Session in order to attend an international HR Conference abroad. Normally, HRM participants take two to three courses per module. Participants are also required to conduct a thesis or a six-credit research project in HRM to meet the total program requirement of 52 credits. The thesis or research project must be submitted and accepted by the Research Supervisory Committee in order to fulfill the requirements for the Master of Science degree. The awarded degree is co-signed by the Society for Human Resource Management and Sasin.
