With 276 teams from 62 institutions across 19 countries, 20 have made it to the semifinals. Teams will not only compete for the most prestigious prize, H.M. The King of Thailand’s Award, originally bestowed by His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej (King Rama IX) and subsequently by King Maha Vajiralongkorn (King Rama X), but also have the opportunity to acquire over US$46,000 in cash awards.
