Summary: In today’s chaotic times, corporate boards must prioritize hiring human-centered CEOs and recognize the importance of companies addressing societal needs, rather than solely focusing on profit, for the success of capitalism. This shift is driven by the desire of employees and consumers to be associated with companies that have a purpose and contribute to improving the world.
