More than 250 people attended Professor Takamasa Fujioka’s presentation on Digital Experience (DX) held on August 24. Professor Takamasa, Director of Sasin Japan Center, gave a presentation at the four-hour seminar, “Business Strategy and DX in Times of Change,” with participants from India, Georgia, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Columbia, Venezuela, Egypt, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Indonesia attending.
The seminar was followed by a panel discussion with two Sasin alumni, Motoki Shiho, Team Leader of Sales Division at CKD Corporation, and Hiroshi Iwai, Managing Coordinator of Product Strategy Planning Division at Hino Motors Asia Ltd. They discussed the benefits and challenges of DX and shared case studies of Japanese companies that have implemented DX.
The seminar was held by The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) and organized by Sasin School of Management. AOTS was established in 1959 under the initiative of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry of Japan to encourage human resources development in developing countries and to promote technical cooperation through training, expert dispatches, and other programs.
