Sasin Management Consulting (SMC) led by Mr. Thana Siriwallop, Project Director; and Mr. Teerachoat Hansaward, Senior Consultant; conducted a Customer Experience and Change Management Strategy Seminar for top management and staff from Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) during September 15 – 25, 2020. The main objective of the seminar is to communicate the objectives and tools applied to customer experience and change management strategies formulation, the participants also got a chance to apply the concept to their current responsibility.
