On May 15, 2023, the European Society for Opinion and Market Research (ESOMAR), the Thailand Marketing Research Society (TRMS), and the Sasin Behavioral Research and Informatics in Social Sciences Research Unit (Sasin-BRI) co-organized an event titled “Discovery of Human Insights through Innovation and Technology.” The event brought together industry leaders, researchers, and professionals to share cutting-edge practices and academic research in the field of marketing technology.
The event featured a lineup of distinguished speakers who offered their expertise and insights on topics such as leveraging insights to turn around one of Thailand’s oldest apparel brands, practical use cases of how businesses can adopt data-driven marketing to drive Return on Ad Spent (ROAS), and practical cases of how to use AI to find insights.
Notable speakers included Danielle Na Pattaloong, Federico Brandi, Dr. Yupin Patarapongsant, Hadi Hendrawan, and Dr. Pratt Hetrakul, each of whom brought their unique perspectives to the discussions.
