The Sasin Executive Education team was pleased to hold our Essentials for High-Impact Leaders program, one of the most in-demand programs in our portfolio, for the 5th consecutive year this year! From June 24-26, 2019, Associate Professor Dr. Siriyupa Roongrerngsuke and Associate Professor Dr. Andreas Liefooghe conducted the program for executives from various backgrounds and industries. The aim of the program is to enhance leadership and communication knowledge through action-learning activities such as role-playing, experience sharing, and dynamic workshops. The participants learned that the core of leadership is building relationships with their followers, which requires effective communication strategies, understanding complex relationships, and understanding emotions. With the supervision of our two distinguished professors, the participants also discovered their own leadership personalities, strengths, and weaknesses, all of which are essential for their self-development as true leaders in this digital era.
