On April 1^st, Kincentric Thailand and Sasin School of Management announced a collaboration for the “Kincentric Best Employer Thailand 2021”. This year marks the 21^st consecutive year that these awards have been given in many regions around the world including North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and South Africa. The awards honor the outstanding companies that are the most sought-after employers in the Kingdom. Dr. Adisak Chandprapalert, Country Head & Partner at Kincentric (Thailand), Sasin’s Director Professor Ian Fenwick, and Sasin’s Deputy Director Montana Pornpunyalert, gave welcome speeches and shared their insights about trends in human resources and organizational development for sustainability.
