On March 7, 2022, Kincentric Thailand and Sasin School of Management announced a collaboration for the “Kincentric Best Employer Thailand 2022”. This year marks the 22^nd consecutive year that these awards have been given in many regions around the world including North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and South Africa. The awards honor the outstanding companies that are the most sought-after employers in the Kingdom. Dr. Adisak Chandprapalert, Managing Director of Kincentric (Thailand), and Sasin’s Director Professor Ian Fenwick, gave welcome speeches and shared their insights about trends in human resources and organizational development for sustainability. Sasin’s Deputy Director Dr. Chaipong Pongpanich and Sasin’s Deputy Director Montana Pornpunyalert, also joined a panel discussion, The Future of Employee eXperience, to share their views on how organizations should adapt so that it can move forward and meet the needs of the new generation employees.
