Kincentric Thailand, a leading global human resources consulting firm, in collaboration with Sasin School of Management, organized the “Kincentric Best Employers Thailand 2019 Awards” on November 14, 2019. Dr. Ian Fenwick, Director of Sasin School of Management, gave the keynote speech, “Thriving in an Age of Digital Disruption: Employee Perspective”, to launch the award ceremony. Held annually for the past 18 years, the Best Employers Thailand Awards honor the outstanding companies that are the most sought-after employers in the Kingdom. This year, over 100 companies were judged based on four key factors: high employee engagement, agile working environment, engaging leadership, and strong talent focus. The judging panel consisted of experts from leading private and public organizations, including Deputy Director Supaporn Chanchamroen and Assistant Professor Sabin Srivannaboon, Ph.D. from Sasin. The ten award winners for this year are: AIA, American Express, Bangkok Hospital Khon Kaen, Central Marketing Group – Central Trading, Robinson, Boon Rawd Brewery Group, DHL Express International (Thailand), Evolution Wellness (Thailand), Hi-Way, Phyathai Hospitals Group, Tesco Lotus, and The Coffee Club Thailand.
