Instructor
Geert-Jan ‘GJ’ van der Zanden is an ESG and Sustainability Transformation Leadership Coach and Advisor, and a former Senior Advisor and Visiting Professor of Sustainability and Transformational Leadership at Sasin. As former managing director of sustainability advisory group Xynteo, he has worked with top leadership teams of global businesses including Unilever, IKEA, TCS, Verizon, Microsoft and Nordea, helping them design and implement their sustainability transformation journeys. Author of multiple articles in national and international media, and regular speaker at Sustainability and Leadership Education conferences, his book ‘Transforming Our Critical Systems – How Can We Achieve the Systemic Change the World Needs’ was released by Cambridge University Press in November 2023. GJ has worked and studied in 10 different countries across 4 continents and is an avid believer in the power of diversity. |
