Nang is focusing her research on financial inclusion and individual well-being in Myanmar. Her research area stems from her own experience advocating for social and community development, as well as shaping an inclusive Myanmar. Nang pursued undergraduate studies in business administration at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and earned a master of management from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Nang Lang Kham is a financial leader and an entrepreneur who has spent the past decade focused on digital transformation and financial inclusion in Myanmar. She is the Co-founder of KBX. As Myanmar transitions into a knowledge-based economy, she focuses on ventures in future-focused digital services, encompassing finance, commerce and healthcare. Prior to this, she led the groundbreaking transformation at KBZ Bank, focusing on technology and service innovation, including the launch of KBZPay — Myanmar’s leading super app. Nang is also passionate about philanthropy and uplifting the livelihoods of underserved communities through international collaborations.
