Sasin School of Management has launched the Sasin Asian Case Creation Center to develop region-specific case studies addressing the most pressing business challenges in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
The Center was established following Sasin’s success with
“Driving Sustainable Transformation: Michelin’s Road to Natural Rubber Sustainability and Meeting the EU Deforestation Regulation,” which won the prestigious 2023 EFMD Case Writing Competition in two categories: Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Business.
This award-winning case, researched and written by former Sasin researcher
Rozanne Henzen, examines how rubber farmers in the region navigate EU regulations, showcasing real industry challenges.
The Center creates concise, multimedia-enhanced business cases that are integrated across Sasin’s programs, including the MBA. The long-term goal is to make these cases available to other business schools with an interest in Asian business topics.
Through the Asian Case Creation Center, Sasin continues to develop educational materials that prepare future leaders for the complexities of business in Asia and beyond.
