You are cordially invited to join Sasin Research Seminar.
The Efficacy of Online Organizational Inclusion Training
By Drew Mallory, Ph.D. Friday April 30, 2021, 12:00 -13:00 pm. Abstract: Participatory action research is a methodology that turns researchers into change agents, and participants into partners. Over the past several years, Dr. Drew has worked on action research projects across three continents, culminating with an organizational change intervention currently under testing in Belgium. While the testing of the diversity and inclusion-focused project has been repeatedly disrupted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the initiative is forging ahead. Join Dr. Drew to review the project history and methodology and discuss which questions may be answered by the upcoming data collection–and which may fall victim to the virus. Venue: The seminar will be online via Zoom. Please RSVP to receive a Zoom link. For more information please contact Khun Nanthapak Pinyo at 02 218 4036 or researchseminar@sasin.edu.
