University to Tambon (Integrated Sub-district Economic and Social Upgrading Project) at Sasin

Abstract: Aiming towards developing an integrated communities development plan and implementing for Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs), three University to Tambon (Integrated Sub-district Economic and Social Upgrading Project) have been conducted at SASIN. Firstly, Bang Lamphu Lang, Khlong San, Bangkok has applied the concept of “Creative Economy”, integrating both the sciences and the arts to connect with community culture. Secondly, in the second-tier province in the NorthEast, at Kho Nuae Yasothorn, partnerships with the Nong Ung area Development Project of the Royal Initiative, the rebranding of Wanathip Royal Project, and the new production facilities design have been created. Lastly, in one of the deepest Southern Thailand areas, at Ratapanyang, Yaring in Pattani, the development was done around Agricultural Initiatives.
