The Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) organized the Annual Train the Trainer Program for 49 IOD facilitators on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 6.30 – 9.00 p.m. at Intercontinental Bangkok Hotel.  The aim of this program is to assist our facilitators in developing their facilitation skills, knowledge and attitudes required for effective adult learning. IOD invited Professor Dipak C. Jain to give an address on “What makes for effective adult learning?”
