Sasin School of Management gratefully acknowledges the generous support from Banpu Public Company Limited for two international Action Learning Labs, held in collaboration with MIT Sloan School of Management and Zhejiang University School of Management. With a contribution of 1 million baht, this initiative empowers Sasin students with hands-on experience and skills to shape a more sustainable business future. “I would like to express our sincere gratitude to Banpu for this generous support. This contribution will enable our students to engage in meaningful, hands-on learning experiences with world-class institutions and industry leaders,” said Professor Ian Fenwick, Sasin Director. “Banpu’s commitment to fostering sustainable innovation and empowering the next generation of leaders exemplifies the kind of partnership Sasin values—one that drives real impact across our region and globally.” As part of Sasin’s MBA programs, students will collaborate with Banpu—a leading versatile energy provider—on real-world energy challenges in sustainable business development. One team, comprising students from Sasin and MIT Sloan, will work on sustainable mining strategies that align business objectives with environmental goals. Another team of students from Sasin and Zhejiang University will explore the development of green hydrogen business opportunities. Sasin’s Action Learning Lab is a hands-on project designed to engage MBA students in solving real-world management challenges faced by global companies. Through collaboration with Banpu experts in strategy, business development, and engineering, students will gain practical insights, develop essential leadership skills, and strengthen their cross-cultural and strategic thinking capabilities.
