Sasin School of Management, the competition host, is proud to announce the winners of ‘Business Triathlon 2021 by Sasin’, an action-learning competition for bachelor’s degree students. The competition offers unique learning experience to students with real management issues from sponsored companies, namely dtac, Lotus and Tyson Foods. Out of 237 registered teams, only 15 finalist teams were selected to compete in the final round. After 42 days of intense journey and 5,000 Baht budget to test their ideas, the final-round competition was streaming online on April 28, 2021, in which the teams have to pitch their innovative ideas to solve corporate challenges, in front of the judging panel to win the cash prize of over 400,000 Baht. Our honorable judges from dtac are Mr.Ukrit Salyapongse (SVP, Head of Commercial Strategy, Planning and Insights Division), Mr.Panthep Nilasinthop (SVP, Head of Digital Products and FINN Mobile Division) and Ms.Sun Loo Yeoh (SVP, Head of Digital B2C and Platforms Division). From Lotus, Dr.Sarintip Satitsatian (Format & Operations Development Director), Ms.Piangchit Nilkuha (Associate Director – Customer Proposition), From Tyson Foods, Mr.Tan Sun (President, APAC), Mr.Sheng Lee (VP, Commercial) and Mr.Neville Rowe (VP, Human Resources). As a result, the grand winners from each company are Team 15 Reason Why from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University (dtac race), Team Mockingjay from Commerce and Accountancy (English program) – BBA, Chulalongkorn University (Lotus race), and Team Panacea from Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Arts and Science in Integrated Innovation (BAScii), Chulalongkorn University (Tyson Foods race). Apart from the grand winners, the 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up teams includes Team PPF Consulting from Thammasat University and Team Absolute Girls from Chulalongkorn University (dtac race), Team Triathlete from Thammasat University and Team Mhookata from Chulalongkorn University (Lotus race), Team AdWise from Chulalongkorn University and Team The Tricycle Thammasat University (Tyson Foods race).
