Sasin Marketing Faculty and Research Fellows recognized for Highly Commended Papers 2019 by JSTP

Congratulations to Sasin’s Associate Professor Dr. Krittinee Nuttavuthisit (Faculty of Marketing) and her research fellows who have been recognized for one of three “Highly Commended Papers 2019” by the Journal of Service Theory and Practice (JSTP).
Associate Professor Dr. Krittinee and her research fellows co-authored a research paper, “Customer Deference to Service Providers in Ordinary Service Encounters”. The paper explores the nature of customer deference to service providers in service encounters and articulates its chief antecedents, experiences, and consequences.
