Sasin Management Consulting (SMC), led by Mr. Thana Siriwallop, Project Director, and Ms. Varapon Viriyautsahakul, Project Leader; conducted series of workshops on Customer Channels Strategy and the newly developed dashboard to manage customer experience for management of Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)
The workshops were conducted during June and July 2022 in main provinces, including Bangkok, Phitsanulok, Khon Kaen, Nakhon Si Thammarat, and Nakhon Nayok.
The objective of the workshops include the presentation of PEA customer channels strategy and the introduction of a dashboard for PEA Channels’ Performance Management.
