MIT GSW 2018 was a great success! Held March 26-28 at Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld and at Sasin, the 3-day event featured more than 60 speakers, 10 panels, 10 workshops, and 3 competitions. This year’s edition of MIT Global Startup Workshop (GSW) was organized by MIT GSW, Sasin, and the MIT Association of Thailand. Long-time MIT GSW attendees said that this was one of the best attended MIT GSW events, attracting at least twice as many participants as in any of the past four years! And on the 3rd day at Sasin, we had packed rooms throughout the day – attendance was more than 400, about double what we expected! MIT GSW 2018 was truly global! We welcomed participants from at least 20 countries including Brazil, Cambodia, China, Costa Rica, France, Germany, India, Italy, Ivory Coast, Malaysia, Mauritius, Myanmar, Netherlands, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, USA, and Vietnam.
