
Over 300 guests participated in the MIT Sloan – Sasin Action Learning Conference held recently at Sasin School of Management. A collaboration between Sasin and the MIT Sloan School of Management, the one-day conference highlighted the importance of using “action learning” in all educational and training environments, from schools to corporations, and even in public sector organizations. Practitioners of action learning stressed that every organization should be using the approach to ensure their teams are resilient, adaptive, dynamic, and able to act with purpose and intent for the benefit of all stakeholders.
Paron Israsena Na Ayudhya, Director of Sasin School of Management, welcomed all of the guest speakers and professors from the US and the region, including MIT Sloan’s Faculty Director of Action Learning, Professor Yasheng Huang, and John Grant, Senior Lecturer of Global Economics and Management.
