Sasin School of Management proudly hosted the 2025 EFMD Social Impact Workshop from March 17-19 in Bangkok, welcoming over 10 deans and associate deans from 16 universities across 11 countries. This dynamic multi-day event explored how business schools can drive meaningful social change by embedding social impact into their core mission and strategy. The workshop emphasized the crucial role of business schools in fostering community prosperity, social cohesion, and sustainable development. Participants engaged in expert-led discussions, best practice sharing, and collaborative activities, focusing on how institutions can position themselves as forces for economic growth and positive societal change. A key theme was integrating social mobility into business education, ensuring that schools contribute to a more equitable and responsible future. By facilitating this global dialogue, Sasin reaffirmed its commitment to advancing impactful business education that addresses pressing societal challenges and strengthens the role of business schools as catalysts for change.
