Mallory, Sasin Inclusion Ambassador and Research Director of the Neurodiversity at Work Research Center (NWRC), recently participated in a discussion at UNOPS Asia‘s in-house lab, alongside IBM DEI Jeiz Robles, Marketplace Diversity Leader for Asia Pacific, and Max Simpson, CEO of Steps. The conversation centered around strategies for fostering diversity and inclusion across various contexts, emphasizing the importance of developing programs and initiatives that authentically reflect the people, values, and concerns of each specific location.
