On July 30, 2025, Sasin Management Consulting (SMC) participated in the annual internship preparation workshop hosted by the Faculty of Hospitality Industry at Kasetsart University’s Kamphaeng Saen Campus. This event is designed to ensure students are well-equipped and confident for their upcoming professional training. Than Pansin, an SMC Consultant, served as a guest speaker, sharing valuable insights on “The Self: Concept, Esteem, and Efficacy.” His presentation focused on giving students practical tools to boost confidence, enhance self-awareness, and set clear goals for their professional and personal growth. His talk highlighted the importance of a strong self-concept, self-esteem, and self-efficacy as fundamental building blocks for personal capability. He introduced students to practical frameworks like skill gap analysis and the SMART Goal framework to help them set clear, achievable objectives that align with their long-term career aspirations.
