Team Rabbit Hole from Sasin has won the Unilever Future Leaders’ League (FLL) Thailand 2016 competition! The FLL National Final Round was held on Nov 13, 2016 at Unilever House. Team Rabbit Hole has taken home the FLL National Champions 2016 title. The members are:
Pailin Goseyarakwong, Nucharin Kantapasara and Nalinrat Boonnikornvoravith. They will represent Unilever Thailand at the Global Final Round in London which is scheduled for
 April 2017. 

In addition to the National Champions title, Team Unimates from Sasin also won the Second Runner-up award. The members of Team Unimates are: Paphawee Srisuttipong, Chanyakan Chawaranggoon and Rapheepong Ghai.

 

 

Introduction of the Competition
The Unilever Future Leaders’ League (FLL) is a global business case competition where participants get the chance to gain firsthand insights into the dynamic world of consumer goods, collaborate with Unilever business leaders, land their first business trip abroad and meet fellow bright young minds from over 30 countries at the Global Final Round in London.

FLL Thailand is run by Unilever Thailand with the dual purpose of selecting the best team to represent the company in the Global Round next year and also seeking world-class talents for Unilever. We opened applications to Master’s students across Thailand. In the local leg of this competition, participants worked on a real-life business challenge from Pond’s. They also got to meet top Master’s students from across the country and learn from Unilever business and marketing leaders.

a. Invitation to the final selection round of Unilever Future Leaders Program (UFLP)
UFLP is a three-year management trainee program designed for Master’s degree graduates to grow them into future managers. With real job exposure and project assignments, the graduates would develop deep functional knowledge and broad understanding of consumer goods business, gain opportunities to interact with leaders in Unilever Thailand and other countries, and pursue a six-month international stint to gain a global leadership experience.
