On November 20, 2024, WTW hosted the People Festival: Wings of Change – Unlocking the Power of Transformation in Thailand, with Sasin School of Management serving as an academic partner. The event brought together business leaders and experts for insightful keynotes, engaging panel discussions on the future of work, and an interactive workshop exploring WTW’s global research. Participants gained practical strategies to enhance employee experience, career growth, rewards and wellbeing in their organizations. A key highlight was the panel discussion featuring Dr. Pinnaree Tea-Makorn, AI Strategist and Faculty Member from Sasin, who shared her expertise on leveraging innovation and technology to navigate the challenges of the new business era.
