On July 3, 2021, Professor Takamasa Fujioka, Director of Sasin Japan Center, welcomed Director Ian Fenwick and Deputy Director Chaipong Pongpanich of Sasin School of Management to the 25th National Conference of the Japan Academy for Asian Market Economies (JAFAME), one of the largest academic societies in Japan. This year, the conference theme was “Asian Market Economies in the Post COVID-19’. Professor Fenwick gave a fascinating keynote on “Perpetual Disruption: Covid-19 Lessons,” and Associate Professor Pongpanich and Professor Fujioka gave a timely presentation on “Social Inclusive Approach for Sustainable Development in Thailand Royal Project Foundation: A Historical Perspective”. As chair of the International Session and as a trustee of JAFAME, Professor Fujioka arranged these presentations from the Sasin management team.
