Sasin is excited to partner with UNDP Thailand and the Canadian Embassy under a CFLI-funded project to begin the final stage of developing an ‘Inclusive Toolkit’ geared at preparing Thai organizations to attract and retain quality LGBTI talent.
This initiative, overseen by Sasin’s Dr. Drew Mallory and our talented Research Team, is designed to foster equality and inclusivity for diverse groups of employees within and beyond the workplace, focusing on LGBTI workers. The ‘Inclusive Toolkit,’ will be a user-friendly launching pad of approximately 15 pages, potentially bringing essential concepts on inclusion to life within the Thai business community and its unique cultural context.
Anticipated to launch in early 2024, we are eagerly looking forward to witnessing how the Thai business community, as well as diverse communities including LGBTI individuals, will benefit from the toolkit’s insights and its positive impact on policy enhancements.
This collaborative effort is a testament to our commitment at Sasin to promote inclusion, diversity, and responsible business practices in Thailand. We’re excited about the journey ahead and the positive changes it will bring.
