The Human Capital Management Club (HCM) and Sasin co-organized a seminar on the topic of The Intricate Creation and Influences of the HR Audit. The seminar leader was Professor Lance J. Richards, Senior Director, International Human Resources for Kelly Services, a Detroit, Michigan-based Staffing Services firm and Sasin Visiting Professor of HRM. The afternoon seminar was held on October 10, 2003 at Salon A, Merchant Court Hotel. Professor Richards is the first practitioner selected by Sasin's partner, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA to teach in the HRM Graduate Diploma and M.Sc. programs this year.
The program was opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Siriyupa Roongrerngsuke, Sasin Assistant Director. Professor Richards' talk on The Intricate Creation and Influences of the HR Audit was followed by a De-briefing in Thai with Llnkage to Thai Practical Guidance by Khun Pattarasak Uttamayodhin, AVP, Advanced Info Service Pcl.; Khun Patamawalai Ratanapol, Chief People Officer, The Minor Group and Khun Teera Werathamsathit AVP, Shin Corporation Pcl.
Khun Patamawalai Ratanapol, in her role as President of the Human Capital Management Club, made the closing remarks to the 100 dynamic executives from private institutions who participated in this timely and lively seminar.
