Sasin offered a public seminar on the topic of Service Excellence by Professor Paul Tiffany, Adjunct Professor of Management, The Haas School of Business of the University of California, Berkeley. The seminar was held on June 21 – 22, 2016 at Grand Mercure Phuket Patong. Thirteen executives from private sector institutions participated in this seminar. Evaluative feedback from participants in the seminar indicated that the content was well-organized and very relevant. Overall the Program was highly satisfactory.
