As part of its Corporate Governance Strategy, the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA), with support from Sasin Management Consulting (SMC), visited the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) on March 11, 2025, to exchange insights and explore best practices in ethical governance. This initiative strengthens MEA’s Good Corporate Governance Strategic Roadmap through real-world learning and cross-industry collaboration.
Grasic Smitasiri, Consultant from SMC, joined Chatchaya Uankeaw, Director of MEA’s Risk Management Department, and Ratchanai Premprakin, Director of the Office of the Governor at EXAT, to discuss governance frameworks, ethical policies, and practical implementation. The session facilitated a two-way exchange of insights to enhance corporate governance practices.
