On December 17, 2015, in celebration of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s 60th Birthday Anniversary, Dr. Chaipong Pongpanich and Dr. Takamasa Fujioka made a presentation, “Highland Agricultural Development in the Royal Project Foundation in Thailand: A Model Case for the Social Inclusive Approach”, at the International Conference on World Food Policy. Hosted by the Royal Society of Thailand, the two-day conference opened with a speech by Deputy Prime Minister Prajin Juntong followed by various sessions chaired by renowned scholars, including a Harvard University professor.
