From Today’s Consumer Insights to Tomorrow’s Consumer Delights
Unlock What Your Customers Truly Want
In Southeast Asia’s dynamic and diverse markets, understanding the
why behind consumer behavior is the key to lasting impact. Sasin Marketing Turbo helps you move beyond data — to uncover true insight and turn it into innovation.
This immersive program blends global strategy with regional relevance. You’ll learn to observe customers in context, practice ethnographic research, and apply the “Why–Who–What” framework to generate powerful, market-winning ideas.
Through energizing workshops, cultural fieldwork, and company visits, you’ll build the skills to see beyond the numbers — and into what your customers really think, feel, and do. You’ll learn how to define, discover, and distill true insight — the kind that leads to better business decisions, innovative strategies, and deeper human connection.
