Michael Doyle is a licensed US lawyer and senior partner of the law firm Seri Manop and Doyle based in Bangkok. He is the author of the books Doyle’s Practical Guide to Thailand Business Law (4th Edition) and Doyle’s Practical Guide to Business Law in Emerging Countries in Asia, which is published by Carolina Academic Press in the US and covers China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
